Packages are shipped within 7 business days in the US and the EU and 9-17 business days worldwide.

2. Do you accept my country's currency?

The default prices of our items are in USD, but can be purchased from any country with any currency. Although you may see the price of our items in your currency, during checkout, the price will go back to USD numbers, so do not be alarmed by that! Your currency will simply convert to USD upon paying.

Ordering and delivery

1. Do I get an order confirmation?

A confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us, just in case there’s a problem with your order.

Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

2. When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

4. Can I alter my order?

We do not do exchanges once the order is in the process of creation or shipped.
However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can change the size of an item.

5. Can I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed and refund your money.

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped.


1. Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@allcoiner.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Allcoiner is not responsible in case of additional charges due to customs-related fees, so there will be not any refund for these costs.

Due to Printful policies, Allcoiner cannot provide a refund for defects or errors on our part after 4 weeks from the day of the order.

2. My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and contact our customer service team with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
